7.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshooting
i. Charge Light does not come
on when the Reva is put on
charge.
ii. Temperature Light is on while
charging.
PROBLEM
7.1 CHARGING
,
There may not be power supply at
the External Power Source.
,
Charging Cable may not be
connected properly either at the
external Power Source or at the On-
board Charge Port.
,
Charging time of your Reva has
increased due to high ambient
temperature.
,
Power Supply needs to be restored
/ ensured.
,
Re-insert the charging cable at the
external Power Source and / or the
on-board Charge Port and check
that power supply is available.
,
Charge in shade/cooler
temperature or during the night
when the ambient temperature is
reduced.
POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
i. Lights on the Instrument Cluster
do not come on when the start-up
key is turned ON, and your Reva
does not move.
PROBLEM
7.2 DRIVING
,
The Charging Cable may not have
been removed from the external
Power Source.
,
Turn the Control Knob to Neutral
mode [N] and engage the parking
brake. Remove the Charging Cable
from the external power source and
then from the on-board charge port.
