4.2 Connection of water
In order to connect water to the high pressure cleaner use a regular water hose 3/4”. Before connecting
the hose please remove dirt and dust particles. The water flow should at least be 15 l/min. and the water
pressure coming from the tap should not exceed 10 bar. The water hose is then connected to the inlet nip-
ple at the side of the high pressure cleaner.
4.3 Current connection “2”
Please inspect the current intensity, fuses, cables, referring to point no. 2.1. Demand for current intensity:
3 x 400 V. The demand for current intensity on single phase machines is 1 x 230 V.
4.4 Lance and accessories
The model can use two different lance/nozzle systems -(1) double lance with a high and low pressure noz-
zle and (2) multiregulation lance.
Both systems are directly mounted on the isolation lance connected to the spraygun. Accessories such as
rotating brushes and rotating nozzles are fastened directly to the spray gun. Cleaning units for tubes are
mounted on the high pressure hose. In order to avoid damaging the machine please clean accessories
before mounting them on the spray gun.
4.5 Cleaning agents
A transparent plastic tube, which comes with the high pressure cleaner are fitted into the injector next to
the high pressure nipple on the side of the machine. The other end of the plastic tube is connected to the
black filter and put into a container with cleaning agents. If using a standard double lance the pressure is
turned down by turning the black knob on the lance. If using the multigulation nozzle the pressure is tur-
ned down by pushing the multiregulation head backwards. A vacuum will arise and the cleaning agents
will automatically be sucked up through the hose and lance. After cleaning with detergents please clean
the whole system with clear water for about 1 minute. Concentration of detergents can be adjusted by turn-
ing the knob on the injector.
4.6 Before starting the motor
Oil inspection in the pump.
Check the oil sight in the front of the machine. The oil level should be half way filled. If not please fill in oil
until it reaches the right level.
Standard oil: SAE 20/30
4.7 Start/stop-procedure
Start
• Connect cable plug to socket
• Turn the valve on the lance
• Turn on the water from the tap and let it run for aprox. 30 sec. before starting the motor
• Turn on the machine by pressing the green button on the motor protection relay.
• Activate the water flow by pressing the handle on the spray gun
When first starting up the machine the pressure can be irregular due to possible air in the pump unit. After
a short period of time air will be eliminated and the pressure will be stable.
Stop
Stop the machine by pressing the red button on the motor protection relay. Before storing the machine
please empty it for water by following this procedure:
• Disconnect the hose attached to the tap
• Start the motor and let it run for aprox. 1 minute until the machine is totally empty for water
• If the temperature at the storage place is below 0º C. the high pressure cleaner must be protected with
anti-freeze liquid.
