Operation

Do not turn the device on before you have read and understood these operating instructions.

Check all the connections again. When you have done so, reconnect the negative pole of the
car battery.

General operation

•

Button (1)

Turn the device on or off with this button. To turn the device off, keep the button depressed.

• SELECT button (2) and VOLUME control (3)

In standard operation, the VOLUME control (3) is for setting the volume.

Press the SELECT button (2) once or several times, to change the parameters BAS (bass control), TRE (treble
control), BAL (balance control) and FAD (fader control) by turning the VOLUME control (3).

• DISP button (8)

With this button various data can be displayed on the LC display (14). Press the button once more to move to the
next display.

When the button is not activated any more, the display returns to the original information after a little while.

When an RDS station is being received

Radio operation:

Station name > Time > Program type > Transmission frequency

SD/USB operation:

Track display > Time > Program type > Transmission frequency

When no RDS station is being received

Radio operation:

Transmission frequency > Time > PTY NONE

SD/USB operation:

Track display > Time > PTY NONE > Transmission frequency
