“Standby” is shown on the display.
Pressure value in pressure hose is
higher than the start-up pressure of
the product.
Open the outlet valve of the pres-
sure hose in order to reduce the
pressure value. If the pressure
value is lower than the start-up
pressure, the product continues
pumping automatically.
“Standby” is shown continuously on
the display.
Installation height of the outlet valve
is too high for the start-up pressure.
Increase the “Turn on pressure” in
the settings.
“Power on” is shown on the display.
Product remains in standby mode,
after the programmed time has
expired.
Press OK button twice to restart
the product.
“No water inlet” is shown on the
display.
If no water is pumped for 30 sec-
onds, operation is automatically
interrupted in order to protect the
product.
Check the suction hose for leak-
age. Open the outlet valve of the
pressure hose. Fill the suction hose
and the water filler opening with
water. Press OK button twice to
restart the product.
“Leakage warning” is shown on the
display.
The product tries to start several
times, but operation is automatically
interrupted again and again to
protect the product.
Check the pressure hose and its
connection for leakage.
The product tries to start several
times. Foreign objects are blocking
the non-return valve of the suction
hose or the non-return valve is
damaged and causing a leak.
Check the non-return valve and
replace it, if necessary.
Motor starts, but it does not rotate.
The mechanical seal is locked. This
can happen, if the product has not
been used for a long time.
Switch off product and disconnect
plug from mains socket.
Insert a slotted screwdriver through
the round centre hole in the motor
cover (8) on the motor shaft and ro-
tate it approx. 5 times in clockwise
direction.
13. Care and cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the mains; remove the power plug all the way out of the mains
socket.
• If the product has not been operated for a long period of time, make sure that the drive impeller is running properly.
To do this, switch the product on briefly and then off again immediately
• If the pump is blocked, connect a water hose to the pressure port and remove the cap at the suction port. Turn on
the faucet and switch on the product several times for about 2 seconds. This will clear blockages in most cases.
