The Internet radio is connected to your network, but it does not play specific radio stations.
•
The Internet radio station may not be broadcasting at the moment. This can also be related to different time zones.
•
Too many users may possibly access the station's server at the same time. It means that it may be overloaded.
•
Some radio stations limit the number of users that can access the server. You will not be able to access the station
when this number is reached.
•
The radio station may have stopped broadcasting.
•
The radio station URL may no longer be valid. The URLs are updated regularly. Extra time is needed on some
occasions.
•
If the radio station is located in another country, the connection may be slow. Try playing the station on a computer
or other device.
The Internet radio has to buffer the selected station again and again and playback stalls as a
result.
•
The radio streams Internet radio stations over a broadband connection. If your Internet bandwidth is too low or other
users are downloading large amounts of data, playback may be intermittent.
•
Check your Internet connection and try switching to another station.
•
The reception to your Wi-FI network may be weak or temporarily interrupted. Try moving the Internet radio closer
to your Wi-Fi router.
•
Increase the buffer time in the settings menu.
In this case, 'buffering' means that the playback device downloads a certain amount of data to be streamed
from the Internet before starting playback. This normally ensures that the audio data are played without
interruption.
Any repair work other than that described above must be carried out by an authorised technician.
