Acceptance test (in case of industrial/public use):
Before first use and after any significant modifications, the installation (including the electrical
connections) must be inspected by an official expert.
A yearly inspection by an expert is required.
At least every 4 years, an acceptance test must be carried out by an expert.
• Set up the device under observation of the above safety notes.
• Always observe horizontal setup for this.
9. Remote Control Battery
Keep batteries out of reach of children.
Remove the battery when the device is not in use for extended periods of time.
Do not leave any batteries lying around openly. There is a risk of batteries being swallowed by
children or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
Leaking or damaged batteries may cause alkali burns if they come in contact with the skin.
Therefore, use suitable protective gloves.
Do not short-circuit or dismantle the battery or throw it into fire. It also must not be recharged.
Danger of explosion.
• If the remote control no longer functions properly or the range reduces strongly, the battery is dischar-
ged and must be replaced with a new one of the same type.
• Turn the screw at the rear of the remote control out and open the housing.
• Remove the discharged battery and insert a new 12 V round cell type 23A. The proper polarity is indicated
in the remote control.
• Screw the housing of the remote control shut again.
