1. Add the cleaning fluid to the tank up to the fill level marking (

) using, for example, a measuring
jug.
CAUTION! An overfilled tank can cause the cleaning fluid to boil over at high
temperatures.

IMPORTANT
The objects being cleaned must be completely submerged in the fluid to achieve
good cleaning results. If necessary, reduce the number of objects being cleaned.

12 Operating the unit

When working with the unit in ultrasound mode, cover it with the lid or wear hear-
ing protection.
Ø
Pregnant women must not spend long periods of time near an ultrasonic unit in op-
eration.
Ø
Keep animals away from the ultrasonic unit.

Hot liquid, vapours and unit parts!
Burns or scalds.
Ø
Do not reach into the tank.
Ø
When working at high cleaning temperatures (> 50 °C), only touch baskets, covers
and inserts wearing suitable protective gloves or allow them to cool before touch-
ing them.

Dry running!
Damage to the tank and unit.

Always fill the tank with fluid up to the fill level marking before operating the unit.
Ø
Never operate the unit without cleaning fluid.
Ø
Regularly monitor the filling level.
