flashing, the emulator is not working properly.

port settings in the Init dialog box match.
- Try lowering the baud rate in the Init dialog
box.

PC4701HS or PC4701L) is not connected.
- If the Clock tab in the Init dialog box is set to
"External", check the target system's oscillation
circuit works properly.
