A broken down ZOE vehicle must be towed by a qualified recovery-repair
technician who is authorised to work on the onboard high-voltage network on
electric vehicles.

Never load the flatbed beyond its authorised capacity.

Never tow a ZOE vehicle using slings, as this may cause stress and
deformation in the battery pack.
