4. Safety Precautions

•  IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR FAMILY HAS A PACEMAkER,

PLEASE CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN BEFORE USING

.  Due to

high operating frequencies, a pacemaker may not function properly

  due to electromagnetic transmissions.

•

To avoid the possibility of fire or sparking, do not place aluminum

foil, paper towels, etc., on the Ceramic Plate during cooking.

Avoid spilling water or other liquids onto the Induction Cooker, and

never immerse the unit in water.

•

Never leave an empty utensil unattended.  Overheating an empty

utensil may damage the cookware and cause the unit to turn off.

Do not block the Cool Air Intake at the back of the unit or the Warm

Air Exhaust at the front of the unit.

Do not touch the Ceramic Plate immediately after cooking - it may

be hot from residual heat from the utensil.

Do not place or store very heavy objects (over 27 kg/60 lbs.) on

  the Ceramic Plate.

Do not use outdoors in a wet environment.
