6. Tighten the upper 2 fastening
screws firmly and then tighten
the lower ones [14] gently so
that the burner flange can still
be pulled together.
7. Slide the flame tube
of the burner into the burner
flange.
Note dimension X (30 mm).
8. Clamp the flame tube firmly
into place with the flange whilst
lifting the burner slightly (3° tilt).
9. Finally, tighten the two lower
screws [14] an.
Concluding work
1. Tighten the fastening screws
on the combustion chamber
supports.
2. Fit in the insulation and
the lateral casing panel.
3. Fit the exhaust gas connection
correctly.
Check the seals on the exhaust
gas nozzle replace any that are
defective.
4. Fit all cover panels by reversing
the removal procedure and
ensure that they and any seals
are fitted correctly.
5. Re-establish all connections and
check them.
6. Put the unit into operation and
check that all operating modes
are functioning correctly.
