Error code:

Reason:

The indoor unit does not receive a signal from the outdoor unit within 110 seconds. The

check is performed 4 times in a row, then error E1 is displayed.

Cause:

Electrical connection not configured correctly

Control boards outdoor unit or indoor unit defective

Switch off voltage, switch on again 2 minutes

later. Is the error still present?

YES

Measure the voltage between the “S” and “N”

terminals of the outdoor unit. Does the valve

fluctuate between -25 V and 25 V?

Check electrical connections in the indoor unit.

Are they OK?

YES

Check electrical connections in the outdoor

unit. Are they OK?

Replace the control boards of the indoor unit. Is

the fault remedied?

YES

Is the transformer OK?

Replace the control boards of the outdoor unit

Replace the transformer

YES

Replace the control boards of the outdoor unit.

Is the fault remedied?

Replace the control boards of the indoor unit
