Troubleshooting
Device doesn’t turn on.
a. Check domestic fuses.
b. If water penetrates into the housing,
immediately switch off the device and
pull the power plug. Call customer
service!
Irregular rotation speed of cleaning
brushes. The cleaning brushes (6,7) might be
insufficiently fixed
→
Check screw fixation
(4,5) and if necessary tighten screws.
Lamp of switch (9)
doesn’t shine.
Lamp defective
→
call customer service!
Maintenance
•
Regularly check the appliance for visible damage to the housing, power cord or sensor
switch.
•
The cleaning and disinfection fluids have to be periodically renewed according to
recommended hygienic directives. (Recommendation according to use and degree of
contamination every two days or more frequently.)
•
Regular sterilization of cleaning brushes according to recommended hygienic directive.
The cleaning brushes can be disinfected and sterilized up to 50 times. They can be
ordered from your distributor or from REITEL.
•
Regular disinfection of the housing according to recommended hygienic directive. Only
us chlorine-free cleaning agents..
•
Clean the housing regularly with a damp cloth and polish it with the REITEL stainless
steel spray.
