Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

No image is shown.

Screen is dark.

Check the mains connection, the cable connection

to the monitor and that all relevant systems are

switched ON or activated.
Check the brightness and contrast settings of the

camera/monitor.

True colour is not dis-

played correctly.

Check your reading material, colour mode setting,

brightness, colour saturation and camera lighting.

Battery does not charge or

battery charging indicator

does not light.

Check that the power supply is correctly connect-

ed to the mains socket and that the adapter cable

is correctly connected to the mezzo.
