f) Mounting the Rudder Horns to the Top Wing
Glue small strips of hinged adhesive tape to the bottom of both wings as shown in figure 7, item 1. For this, the ailerons should deflect upwards slightly and the
adhesive tapes be glued into the gap.
Install two rudder horns to the bottom of the top ailerons ´(from the linkage parts set, figure 1, item 18) as shown in figure 7, item 2. For this, screw the rudder
horns to the associated counter plates.
g) Mounting the Lower Wing to the Fuselage
Determine the centre of the nose and end bar of the lower wing
and mark it with a pen.
Place the wing centrally on the fuselage. Check correct fit of the
wing and free movement of the ailerons.
When everything is perfect, glue the wing to the fuselage with 5
minute epoxy resin.
After the glue is dried, cut an opening into the wing according to
the fuselage opening with a cutter knife (figure 8, item 1).
Start carefully at the centre of the wing and work outwards towards
the fuselage.
Glue the chassis holder (figure 1, item 17) to the fuselage with
epoxy resin like shown in figure 8, item 2.
