For your convenience, the time adjustment range in all programs starts with the minimum setting, enabling you to prolong the cooking time if the dish
comes out undercooked. This is a non-volatile memory unit. In case of a short term power cut-off all settings, including Preset function, will be saved.
Preset Function
Preset function allows programming the cooking program to be over by certain time. The program can be delayed for a period of time from 10 minutes
to 24 hours with 10 minute intervals. To set the Timer:
1. Select an automatic program. Adjust the cooking time set by default if necessary.
2. Press “Départ différé” button to select MINUTEUR1 (TIMER1) or MINUTEUR2 (TIMER2).
3. Press “Réglage du temps” button to enter the hour setting mode. Hour indicator starts blinking.
4. Adjust the hours using the “Temps de cuisson” button (setting interval is 1 hour). Press “Réglage du temps” button. Minute indicator starts blinking. Adjust
the minutes using the “Temps de cuisson” button (setting interval is 10 minutes).
5. When all settings are entered press “Départ” button. “Départ”, “Réchauffer/Annuler” and “Départ différé” button indicators light up. The time by
which your meal will be ready is displayed.
Preset function is not available in “FRIRE” and “PÂTES” programs. Setting the Preset function remember that the countdown in some programs begins only
when the device reaches its operating temperature. It is not recommended to delay a program for a long period of time if perishable products are being used.
Keep warm Function
Keep warm function is being activated automatically upon the end of the cooking program. It allows maintaining the temperature of 70–75°C for a
period of time up to 24 hours. “Réchauffer/Annuler” button indicator lights up and the Keep warm count up is displayed. Press “Réchauffer/Annuler”
button to disable the function. Button indicator goes off.
Reheat Function
To reheat a cold meal:
1. Fill the bowl with ingredients and place it inside the device.
2. Close the lid and plug in the unit.
3. Press and hold down “Réchauffer/Annuler” button until an audible sound is produced. Corresponding indicator lights up and reheating process starts.
4. The meal will be warmed up to 70–75°C and the temperature will be maintained for up to 24 hours. To cancel the function press “Réchauffer/
Annuler”. Button indicator goes off.
The function may operate for a period of 24 hours, however, we recommend using it moderately, because a prolonged thermal exposure may affect flavor
characteristics or dry out the meal.
