7. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

 

 
After the job is done, make sure the inductor is put into a safe place. After the work is done, leave the device in the 
on state for another 10 minutes - the device will be cooled by its own cooling system until it cools down completely, 
and then unplug it from the outlet. If you unplug the device immediately, let it cool for at least 15 minutes. After that 
put the device and its accessories to its place. Avoid twisting and jerking of cables, put it to the storage place 
carefully not to damage it. 
 

Periodic cleaning and maintenance 

All cleaning work should be carried out when the induction heater is disconnected from the mains and fully cooled. 
Use a dry and clean cloth or paper towel to remove grease, oil, and other impurities from HANDUCTION F-1  
body, inductor, and cables. Perform cleaning everytime before putting the induction heater in storage. 
Do not use cleaning agents containing volatile organic compounds for removing grease, oil and dirt. Make sure all 
components are completely dry after cleaning before using HANDUCTION F-1  again. 
Do not immerse any part of the device in water and other liquids. Do not wash the device with water. 
Do not use such aggressive substances for cleaning as gasoline, benzene, kerosene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), 
brake fluid, and varnish removers, solvents, etc. These substances can cause fire, as well as dissolution of polymeric 
materials used in the device. Do not use heat sources, heaters, burners, microwave ovens and gas ovens, etc. for 
drying the device and its parts after cleaning. 
 

8. WARRANTY

 

 

 

This device is a sophisticated electronic device. The manufacturer strongly recommends to 
carefully read the instruction manual supplied with this device. 
 

               

1. The warranty period is set by the manufacturer and it is 12 months from the date of sale. The warranty does not 
cover the consumables (inductors). The manufacturer guarantees that the device corresponds to all applicable 
mandatory regulations and standards. 
 
2. If defects are found after the device is sold, the manufacturer's responsibility is to repair the device in the 
authorized service company. The user should bring the device to the service center himself. 
 
3. Warranty is cancelled in the following cases: 
• The serial number of the sold device, specified in this warranty card, does not match the number indicated on the 
device provided for repair; 
• The warranty card is changed; 
• The integrity of the sealing sticker of the device installed on the body of the device is violated;  
• The buyer or third parties violated the requirements of the rules of transportation and storage; 
• Operating instructions contained in the present manual were violated; 
• The device broke down due to the buyer's fault (mechanical damage, exposure to chemicals, ingress of moisture 
and other foreign objects, self-repair, poor-quality or defective power supply, etc.); 
• In case of fires, flooding, insects and other natural disasters; 
• The warranty period set in the warranty card has expired. 
 
4. The warranty does not cover damages occurred due to the owner’s failure to perform his duties, his inexperience, 
violation or non-compliance with the provisions mentioned in the operating and maintenance instructions, use of the 
device for purposes for which it was not intended. Maintenance and repair must be carried out by a service company 
authorized by the manufacturer of this device. 
 
5. Do not modify the device during the warranty period. No changes are allowed in the device that may affect the 
function of the device as a whole. Otherwise the warranty is cancelled. 
 
6. Immediately after a manufacturing defect is detected address your dealer for warranty. 
 
7. In case of need for warranty repair with replacement of defective parts, the ownership for defective parts transfers 
to the manufacturer.
