“On/Off” button when removing the dust cup/tank.
2) Remove the filter and diffuser from the dust cup/tank.
3) Empty the contents of the dust cup/tank into the trash bin.
4) Clean the diffuser and filter.
5) Install the diffuser and filter into the dust cup/tank and reattach the dust cup/tank onto the vacuum.
FILTER
Keep Filters Clean.
The efficiency of this vacuum cleaner is largely dependent on the filter. A clogged filter can reduce
the effectiveness and efficiency of cleaning, and may cause overheating, and possibly damage the vacuum cleaner.
If the filter becomes damaged or too dirty to clean, the filter should be replaced. For filter replacement,
ensure that the filter you select fits your respective model (model number is located on the product data
label on the underside of the main unit housing). NEVER use vacuum without a filter installed
– possible
motor damage and action will void warranty.
1) The preferred method of cleaning the filter media is by using a small, soft bristled paint brush and the attachment
hose from another vacuum. Brush off the collected surface debris on the filter and then vacuum the filter media
with the second vacuum attachment hose.
2) Periodically, the pleated filter should be cleaned by carefully rinsing the filter under running water; allow to fully air
dry for at least 24 hours before installing back into the vacuum.
NOTE:
Never machine wash or dry filter.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Inspect the charging base electrical cord and wiring for damage or discoloration. If there is damage do not use.
2) Inspect for loose fasteners.
3) Clean the dust cup/tank and filter in the unit on a regular basis.
4) Listen for abnormal sounds.
5) DO NOT use a pressure washer, water hose, or other water source to clean the unit. NEVER submerge unit in a
tub or bucket of water or any type of liquid for any reason.
Debris Removal
1) Make sure the vacuum is turned OFF. Please take notice and press the Dust Cup/Tank release button and not
the
“On/Off” button to release the dust cup/tank.
2) To remove debris from a clogged inlet, disconnect the dust cup/tank.
3) Remove the obstruction and re-attach the dust cup/tank to the vacuum.
4) NEVER use vacuum without a filter installed.
