schaltet das interne Vorrangrelais um. Über dessen An-
schlüsse PRIORITY RELAY (8) lassen sich weitere Vorgänge
steuern, z. B. können ELA-Lautstärkeeinsteller mit Pflicht-
empfangsrelais auf maximale Lautstärke geschaltet werden.
Wird zum Schalten der Pflichtempfangsrelais eine 24-V-
Spannung benötigt, kann z. B. die Spannung von der Klem-
me +24 V (14) über die Relaiskontakte geleitet werden. Die
24-V-Spannung ist mit 500 mA belastbar und lässt sich auch
für andere Anwendungen nutzen.
Strom- und Notstromversorgung
1) Soll der Verstärker bei einem Netzausfall weiterarbeiten,
die Anschlüsse DC POWER (6) mit einer 24-V-Notstrom-
einheit (z. B. ESP-500 von RCS) verbinden. Bei einer Ka-
bellänge bis 4m ist ein Kabelquerschnitt von mindestens
5 mm2 erforderlich.
Hinweis:
Liegt die 24-V-Spannung von der Notstromein-
heit an den Anschlüssen DC POWER an, lässt sich der
Verstärker mit dem Schalter POWER (4) nicht ausschal-
ten. Es wird lediglich zwischen Netz- und Notstromver-
sorgung umgeschaltet.
2) Zum Schluss das beiliegende Netzkabel zuerst in die
Netzbuchse (5) und dann in eine Steckdose (230V~/50Hz)
stecken.

If a 24 V voltage is required for switching the emergency pri-
ority relays, e. g. the voltage from the te24 (14) may
be fed to the relay contacts. The 24 V voltage has a current
rating of 500 mA and can also be used for other applica-
tions.
Power supply and emergency power supply
1) For continued operation of the amplifier in case of mains
failure, connect the terminals DC POWER (6) to a 24 V
emergency power supply unit (e.g. ESP-500 from RCS).
With a maximum cable length of 4 m, a minimum cable
cross section of 5 mm2 is required.
Note:
If the 24 V voltage from the emergency power sup-
ply unit is applied to the terminals DC POWER, it will not
be possible to switch off the amplifier with the POWER
switch (4); it is only switched over between mains supply
and emergency power supply.
2) Finally connect the mains cable supplied to the mains
jack (5) first and then to a socket (230 V~/50 Hz).
