Operating the
Antenna Controller
This section will explain the front panel
controls of the antenna controller, menu
options, and web interface.
Entering into the configuration mode
and changing parameters should only be
completed by a qualified technician after
reading this document.
9 Operating the Antenna Controller
9.1 Front Panel Controls
1.
On/Standby
– This button allows the
IDU to be placed in standby mode without
turning the unit off using the power switch
located on the back.

WAN / WLAN Indicators
– This feature
is used for two-way data communications.

TV / DATA Indicators
– This button will
switch the IDU configuration between TV
and data modes of operation.

LCD Screen
– Used for verification of
system status and troubleshooting.

Up / Down Arrows
– These buttons are
used to scroll through menu options.

Esc
– This button is used to back out of or
cancel the current menu option.

Enter
– This button is used to select the
current menu option.
. This button is used for engineering
systems control. Pressing this button will
not affect the normal operations of the
system.
