1. Insert two head screws through the top
of the antenna and down into the top and
bottom brackets (Figure 5-1).
WARNING
Make sure the customer is
aware of the new maximum
height of the vehicle (unloaded) with the
antenna installed onto the roof rack. Use
caution when driving under overpasses,
tree limbs, into garages and into low
clearance areas.
KEY NOTE
Once all four mounting
brackets are tightened and the
antenna has been installed onto the roof
rack, complete a thorough inspection of
all four brackets to ensure the antenna is
secure and stable.
15. Secure the bottom bracket with the
appropriate head screws. Make sure that
as much of the rubber on the mounting
brackets cover as much of the crossbars as
possible.
1. Fully tighten the end head screw with the
supplied Allen wrench (Figure 5-1). Do
not overtighten.

1. Once all mounting brackets are in place
and secure, snap the provided top cover
plugs into the antenna to cover the access
for the head screws (Figure 5-1).
