6.2.4 Cleanness of the reflecting lens
Wet the lens tissue with alcohol to wipe it directly.
Attention: You should wipe the reflecting lens entoectad deasil circuit by circuit.
6.2.5 Cleanness of Linear guideway
Clean the dirt on the guideway by clean soft cloth, t hen spread some lubrica ting fluid.
6.2.6 Cleanness of Complete machine
Clean the machine once a week.
Maintenance and Repair
Laser engraving mec h a n is m and workbench s hould be clean, no dust. Clean every
time when opening and closing.

Y axis guideway should be clea ned gently with long fiber cotton ball dipping a
little lubricating oil regu l a rl y. (Be careful not to leave cotton ball inside the machine
and on belt when addin g oil regularly.)
Clean focusing lens with cotton ball dipping absolute ethyl alcohol (chemically pure)
once a day. Floating dust on reflector lens can be blown down with scavenger, or be
wiped off with lens paper gently. If plating film is damaged, it will influence the depth
of engraving and cutting and it should be replaced in time.
It should be kept dry inside the machine, especially reflector lens, laser power and
