High Secondary Module Temperature
•
In
parallel configuration
when the temperature of a
secondary
is above the maximum temperature
(120ºC) for more than 3 seconds, the
primary
will isolate the overheated
secondary
, all module
outputs are bypassed. The secondary will display a ‘
HIGH TEMP
’ message. The
primary
detects the
stopped
secondary
and will raise a
module failure
alarm.
•
In
single configuration
when the temperature of a
secondary
is above the maximum temperature
(120ºC) for more than 3 seconds the
secondary
stops, the module output is bypassed. The
secondary will display a ‘
HIGH TEMP
’ message. The
primary
detects the stopped secondary and will
raise a
module failure
alarm.
•
In any
configuration mode
(parallel/single) when the temperature of a
primary
is above the
maximum temperature (120ºC) for more than 3 seconds the
primary
stops, module(s) outputs is(are)
bypassed. The halted primary will display a ‘
HIGH TEMP
’ message. The secondary will detect the
stopped primary and take control as the new primary module. The new primary will raise a
primary
failure
alarm.
