Altimeter, barometer, termometer
Altimeter
: (In the middle, stated in metres or feet) indicates the elevation on the sea level.
The value of the elevation on the sea level is calculated on the basis of the barometric pressure.
Warning: the accuracy in the measurement of the elevation directly depends on the air pressure as well as on
the humidity which is present in the seat of the sensor. Therefore, in case of bad weather conditions or after a
dive, the approximation could also reach +/-80mt.
Termometer
: (at the bottom left, stated in °C or °F) indicates the temperature of the iDive case.
Therefore, when the clock is wore on the wrist, it will detect a temperature which is higher than the one outside.
In order to measure the environment temperature, take the clock off the wrist and wait at least 5-6 minutes. The
detection of the temperature in the water will be accurate after 3-4 minutes.
Barometer
: (at the bottom right, stated in millibar) indicates the air pressure (the pressure
present in any stage of atmosphere of the earth).
Warning: the accuracy in the measurement directly depends on the air pressure as well as on the humidity
which is present in the seat of the sensor. Therefore, in case of bad weather conditions or after a dive, the
measurement is aproximated.
