8.3 ENGINE: Every 200 working hours
Change Engine Oil Filter.
1. Remove single-unit cartridge (C)
2. Apply thin coat of oil to cartridge gasket
before installing.
3. Tighten filter by hand only.
4. Check for oil leaks around the cartridge
gasket after engine is started.
8.4 ENGINE: Every 400 working hours
Change the fuel filters
1. Unscrew filter retaining ring from filter (D)
head.
2. Remove water separator from filter and
discard filter.
3. Fit water separator to new filter and refit
filter to head.
4. Bleed air from system.
8.5 ENGINE: Every 500 working hours
Clean the air filter
Remove loose dirt from element (E) with compressed
air working from the clean to dirty side, using
compressed air max 6 bar, with nozzle 5cm from
element.
