Clean the condenser lens in the same manner as in STEP 4.

The reflector is chrome plated steel and should be carefully polished after
cleaning with spirit. Do not scratch the surface.

Access can now be made to the primary heat filter. This should be removed by
rotating the retention clip, and carefully pulling out the glass filter.

Clean the filter in the same manner as used for the lens. Place these items
safely away from the work area until re-assembly.

STEP 9

The lamp housing assembly, the fan unit and the fan unit baffle can now be
removed from the main projector body.

To achieve this, turn the main body on its side.

Remove the screws holding the lamp housing assembly.

Remove the screws holding the fan baffle plate.

Remove the 4BA nuts and bolts retaining the fan unit.
