FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
•
While supporting the OEM licence plate unit from below, remove the four bolts on the underside of
the tail unit at the rear of the bike arrowed in
picture 1
.
•
Carefully lower the OEM licence plate unit away from the bike and disconnect the grey connector
shown in
picture 2
and remove the unit from the bike.
•
Remove the two torx bolts from the front section of the unit as shown in
picture 3.
•
On a clean surface place the OEM licence plate unit upside down so the underside bolts can be
accessed. Remove the four bolts shown in
Picture 4
using a T25 Torx tool.
•
Remove the underside panel of the unit to expose the wiring as shown in
picture 5.
•
Disconnect the central licence plate light connector as arrowed in
picture 6.
•
To remove the OEM back plate assembly, remove the 3 bolts arrowed in
picture 7.
•
Remove the plate complete with licence plate light as shown in
picture 8
