Getting Started
Each CC-3000 is supplied with a 9 or 12 VDC DC power supply and commu-
nication cable. This will either be a USB cable or a serial RS-232 cable de-
pending on the model.

Installing USB Drivers (USB Models only)
The USB version of the CC-3000 requires a virtual comport driver. Drivers are
provided on the CD-ROM supplied with the CC-3000. There are two methods
for installing the drivers, Automatic or Manual.
Automatic Driver Install
1. Insert the Rainwise CD-ROM.
2. A startup program should appear within a few seconds. Click on “Install
USB Driver”. A command prompt window will appear while the driver is
being installed. The Window close when complete.
3. Connect the USB cable to the CC-3000. Windows will report that it has
found a new device. If the driver was successfully installed, Windows will
report that it is ready for use.
