How to Get Service Under the Terms of the Limited One-Year Warranty
When y o u suspect anitemisdefective, pleasechecktheoperator's manual for standard
operation and trouble-shooting techniquesthat maycorrect the problem. Additional

the instructions below to obtain warrantyservice.
First,e-mail,write,callorfaxaM.T.H.AuthorizedService Center(ASC)inyourareatoobtainRepair
Authorization. You can findthelistofASCsontheM.T.H.Website,www.mth-railking.com. Authorized Service
Centers a r e r equiredto makewarrantyrepairs on i temssold
from thatstore;allotherrepairsmay--ormaynot
bedoneatthestore'sowndiscretion. Ifyoudidnotpurchasetheitem directly fromtheASC,youwill need to
selectaNationalAuthorizedServiceCenter(NASC). ThesecentersarecompensatedbyM.T.H.toperform
warranty service for any customerwhose r epairqualifies for warranty service. AlistofNASCretailerscanbe
locatedon theM.T.H.Websiteorbycalling1-888-640-3700. Should thewarranty no longer apply,youmay
chooseeitheranASCorNASCretailertoserviceyourM.T.H.Product. Areasonableservice fee will be charged.
CAUTION: Make sure the productispackedinitsoriginalfactorypackagingincludingitsfoamandplastic
wrappingmaterialtopreventdamagetothemerchandise. There is no need to returntheentiresetifonlyoneof
thecomponentsisinneedofrepair

thedefective partwithoutcharge for thepartsorlabor,iftheitemisreturnedtoan
Authorized ServiceCenter(ASC) or
M.T.H.NationalAuthorizedService Center(NASC)withinoneyearoftheoriginaldateofpurchase.Thiswarrantydoesnotcover
damagescausedby impropercare,handling, oruse. Transportationcostsincurredby thecustomerare notcovered underthis
warranty.
Itemssentforrepairmustbeaccompanied byareturnauthorizationnumber,adescriptionoftheproblem,and
,whichgivesthedateofpurchase. Ifyouaresendingthis
producttoanAuthorizedServiceCenter,contactthatCenterfortheirreturnauthorization.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,and youmayhaveotherrightsthatvaryfromstatetostate. Specific questions
