powerhasbeenturnedoffforseveralseconds. See

Youmaynotbesendingenoughpowertothetrack
topowertheengine.Pressthethrottleupforafew
moresecondstoincreasetrackpower.
Thebatterymayhaverundown,especiallyifthe
enginehasbeeninstorageforsometime. Seethe
"Self-ChargingBatteryBack-Up"sectionofthese
instructionsforhowtotest,recharge,and(if
necessary)replace thebattery.
Coupler

The Proto-Coupler won'tlettheengine
uncoupleonthefly.

Trylubricatingthecouplerknuckleandrivetwith
a drygraphitelubricant.
Thecouplerneedstobecleaned.Wipewith
denaturedalcohol(notrubbingalcohol)andlet
dry.

Lock-out

Theenginemaybelockedintotheneutral
position. Followtheprocedureinthe"Lockintoa
Direction"sectiontounlocktheengine'sdirection.

(approx.10voltsorlessinconventionalmode).
