The PSAsoundsoccasionallyrepeat
themselves.
OnceinPSA,theenginedoesn'tgointo
reverse.
WhenthePSAentersitslastsequencethe
bellautomaticallycomeson.
WhenPSAisenabled,pressingtheHornand
bell b uttonshasnoeffect.
IpushtheDirectionbuttonbutthenext
soundclipinthesequencedoesnotplayor
theenginedoesnotcomeoutofPSAafter
thefourthpressoftheDirectionbutton.
Proto-Sound2.0hasabuilt-inrandomnumber
generatorthatrandomlyselects eachsoundclip to
play. Becausetherearealimitednumberof
soundclipsavailableineachPSAsequence,itis
probablethatsomeofthesesoundclipswillbe
repeatedfromtimetotime.
SothatPSAeffectscanbeasrealisticaspossible,
Proto-Sound2.0disablesthereversingunit
wheneverPSAisenabled.Thiswaytheengine
remainsstillatitsstopastheoperatorcycles
throughthePSAsequences.
PSAisprogrammedtostartringingthebelland
thentoputtheengineinmotionatthatpoint.
Afterapproximately15ringsof thebell,itwill
automaticallyturnoff.
BecausePSAmustcontrolvariouseffectsineach
sequence,Proto-Sound2.0takescontrolofthese
soundeffectsuntilyouexitPSA.
EachPSAclipmustplayforacertainamountof
timebeforePSAwilladvancetothenextstepin
thePSAcycle. Waitatleast30secondsineach
PSAsoundclipbeforepressingtheDirection
button.
