Procedure

Step 1

While in a videoconference, select the Conference button, then select Settings.

Step 2

The Display page appears on the display. Use the arrow keys to change the Video layout setting.

Step 3

Press  

Save to save the selected layout. Press 

 Undo to return to the default 

videoconference layout.

Note:

You can also dynamically change a conference layout: select the Conference button, 

press  

Video layout on the Remote Control Unit or 

 Default layout to return to the 

default videoconference layout.

Scheduling the Date and Time of a Videoconference

Use this feature to organize your video conference schedules.

Procedure

Step 1

While in the multiconference window, select the Conference button. Then select Settings.

Step 2

Press  

Next label.
