You can select between the User memory and the HFCC or EIBI lists using
the associated buttons located under the memory tab:
The HFCC and EIBI lists are kept as simple text files (
HFCC.TXT
and
EIBI.TXT
) in the
My Documents/Winradio/G33DDC
folder.
Both HFCC and EIBI lists are updated from time to time to reflect the ever-
changing nature of shortwave broadcasting.
The HFCC list can be found at
www.hfcc.org/data
and the latest list is found
at the bottom of the page. Once this file is downloaded, it may have a name
such as
A10allx2.zip
. The zip file should be opened and its contents saved as
HFCC.TXT
. This file should replace the existing file of the same name in the
My Documents/Winradio/G33DDC
folder.
The EIBI list can be found at
www.eibispace.de
. The data file is named
EIBI.TXT
, and it should simply be downloaded and saved to the
My Documents/Winradio/G33DDC
folder.
If either th
e HFCC or EIBI
table is selected, then whenever a frequency is
tuned that coincides with an existing frequency in the EIBI or HFCC list, the
name and identifier of the station is displayed under the memory tab. If more
than one station is allocated to the particular frequency, all will be displayed in
a scrollable list:
The search interval for the list is user definable using the
Memory search
range
control, accessible from the main
Memory
top-bar menu:
