FAULT DIAGNOSIS

Symptom

Cause/Rectification

a.

  Check pressure from mixer.

1.

  Reduced or 

no flow.

a. 

Holes in spray plate blocked. Clean spray plate.

b. 

Inner 'O' seal damaged. Renew inner 'O' seal. Check that 
the supply pressure is not too high.

c. 

Insufficient supply pressure.

2.

  Poor or 

no spray 
pattern.

a. 

Seals worn. Renew seals.

b. 

Scale on swivel ball. Descale.

3.

 Leaking 

from 
shower 
head.
