Display & Controls: Rearmotor models
Error codes
It is possible that failures occur. If this happens, go to
the dealer as soon as possible so repairs can be carried
out quickly. The following codes can be displayed on
the display:
Error 1:
Problem with 3-phase control from the
controller
Error 2:
Problem with throttle connection (start-
detection)
Error 3:
Motor cable 3-phase wiring loose or defective
Error 4:
Motor cable Hall Sensor signal malfunction
(malfunction in motor or motor cable)
Error 5:
Malfunction in brake sensor(signal)
Error 6:
Battery voltage too low
Error 7:
Motor stalled
Error 8:
Malfunction in controller (signal)
Error 9:
Malfunction in display (signal) and/or
torque/rotation sensor (signal)
SET 2: Setting the tire size
Set the correct tire-size for more exact information on
the screen. On the side of every tire you can find the
size. The default sizes may deviate a little. This means
that the amount of driven kilometres has a maximum
deviation of 5%.
The default setting for your QWIC bike is:
28 inch 40-622 Circumference: 2205 mm
SET 3: (Speed) Units
With the ‘PLUS’ and ‘MINUS’ buttons you can switch
between kilometres (per hour) and miles (per hour).
SET 4: Battery information
With the ‘PLUS’ and ‘MINUS’ buttons you can see the
following information of the battery: the percentage of
the remaining battery capacity, the total charging cycles
and the actual battery voltage.
SET 5: Maintenance
(Re)set a warning to remind you to get a maintenance
check-up.
SET 6: Software version
Displays the current software version of the display.
