First, choose the update method by

selecting the appropriate radio button:

Via Internet:

To download and install the

latest update package from the Internet,

click here.

Using Update CD/DVD:

To install the

latest update package from a Qvis

provided CD/DVD, click here.

Using USB:

To install the latest update

package from a Qvis Labs-provided USB,

click here.

Find the latest firmware updates via this website link:

Look for the sub section titled

‘Terminator And Cyborg Firmware Updates’

to find and

download the latest firmware updates.

Note:

In order to use Internet updating, the NVR’s network connection must be

operational with public domain Internet access.

Click

‘Start Update’

to continue. This will cause a confirmation window to pop up.

Click

‘Continue’

to begin the update process. This can take from 2-10 minutes, or longer,

depending on the network connection speed.

When the process is complete, the NVR will restart. Please login and resume NVR use.

Note:

The NVR software is constantly being enhanced with new functionality and

features. Users are encouraged to perform the software update process at least every

2-3 months, to benefit from these new developments.
