To further increase the efficiency of recording “Incidents”, we have designed extra
functionality to the interface, which automatically sets up the details of the incident for you.
Before the system automatically sets up and stores details of the incident, the cameras
the incident was caught upon need to be added to the tiles in the video playback
section.
Then on the time line find the incident by using the mouse wheel to zoom into the
time line and centre the left and right scroll bar on the incident.

right scroll bar on
to the incident.
Next right click
either on the
time line section
or the camera’s
tile in the
video playback
section. An
options list will
appear, select
‘Create Incident’
(highlighted by
the red box).
Move the time line’s
blue marker to a point
before the incident.
The incident
editor will
appear with
all the incident
details already
setup.

It will automatically set the incident start and
end times for a 10 minute period (you can
adjust this time frame by the second).
