3.8. USB Interface
The module is integrated with a USB interface that is USB 3.0/2.0 specifications compliant and supports
super speed (5 Gbps) on USB 3.0, high speed (480 Mbps) and full speed (12 Mbps) modes on USB 2.0,
as well as USB OTG function on both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0. This USB interface is used for AT command
communication, data transmission, software debugging and firmware upgrade.
