INFORMATION
1/ Keymaze is not detected in Geonaute Software
It is possible that the USB drivers are incorrectly configured when installing Geonaute Software.
Reinstall the drivers for the Keymaze 500 Hike and 700 Trail by downloading at:
www.geonaute.com/files/support/drivers/GPS/STM.exe
2/ Problem during upgrade
In case your have not the possibility to finish your upgrade and that the
Keymaze is blocked, follow the following process to upgrade it again:
1. When the upgrade failed, the screen is stuck, not response to any key action.
There is only one way to shut down the device
Method : Long press the Power ON/OFF button for 10 second
2. Than you have no any possibility to power on the product any more, following procedure have to
follow:
— Unplug the cable from computer
— press the 3 buttons together
“Down” + “Change View” + “ON/OFF” , so the Keymaze
screen will print again with following screen
— Plug in the product again to start a new Upgrade process
