For correct operation it is important to consider the following tightening torques during the
installation of the pump chamber.
Picture 1 Step 3: Fastening screws 25 Nm (18.4 lb-ft)
Picture 3 Step 1: Clamp ring screw 5 Nm (3.7 lb-ft)
1. Push SU pump
chamber on drive
unit
2. Install pressure
plate with 4 screws
3. Fasten the 4 screws
with 25 Nm torque
(18.4 lb-ft)
1. Verify if clamp ring is in close contact with
drive plate
