Internet Security Settings
If ActiveX control installation is blocked, either set Internet security level to default or change
ActiveX controls and plug-in settings.
Internet Security Level: Default
1. Start Internet Explorer (IE).
2. From the Command Bar toolbar, select
Tools
and select
Internet Options
from the menu
that appears.

3. In the
Internet Options
window that appears, select the
Security
tab.
4. Select
in
Select a zone to view or change security settings
.
5. If the settings are not defined as default, select
Default Level
and move the Allowed
levels for this zone slider to Medium-high and select
OK
.

6. Close all browsers and reopen so that the settings take effect.
