SYS X YYYYYYYY CONTROL VOLTAGE
The X indicates the system and YYYYYYY indicates
the system is in a FAULT condition and will restart
when the fault clears or LOCKOUT and will not restart
until the operator clears the fault using the keypad.
Eductor clog fault
To sense a loss of oil return to the compressor, an educ-
tor clog detection safety is used. The safety monitors
the temperature of the line between the eductor and the
suction line.
The control algorithm looks at the eductor line tem-
perature once a second. At start, a clog timer is set at
600 s. If the eductor line temperature is less than the
saturated suction temperature plus 10°F (5.5°C) each
time the control circuit looks at the temperature, the
clog timer is reset to 600 s.
Isolation valve open warning
If a system isolation valve (digital input J5-1 or J5-2)
indicates the isolation valve did not close within 60 s
of the evaporator heater outputs being turned on, the
following message is displayed and the fault code com-
municated until the unit begins precharge or the condi-
tion clears. This warning shall not prevent the system
from starting.
The following is the system warning message, where

ISO VALVE FAILED TO CLOSE
Isolation valve closed fault
Before starting the compressor, check the system isola-
tion valve (digital input J5-1 or J5-2) after the VSD has
completely precharged. If a signal indicates the system
isolation valve did not open, the system shall fault.
This fault causes a lockout on the first fault.
The following is the system warning message, where X
is the system number:

ISO VALVE FAILED TO OPEN
High discharge pressure rate fault
When High Discharge Pressure Rate Cutout is enabled,
during system run, the discharge pressure of each run-
ning system is monitored at a rate of once per second.
A system shuts down when its discharge pressure rate
of change exceeds the programmed Discharge Pressure
Rate Threshold (Unit Setup Mode). This is an immedi-
ate fault with no 3 s delay. The system locks out on the
first fault.

HIGH DSCH PRESSURE RATE
Low economizer superheat fault
The low economizer superheat fault protects against
excessive liquid Refrigerant carry over from the econ-
omizer in cases, which may be a result of the EEV,
Sensor or other problems. It also protects the System
compressor from liquid Refrigerant flood back from
the economizer feed line if the economizer valve fails
to close.
The following is the system message, where X is the
system number:

LOW ECONOMIZER SUPERHEAT
System condenser fan VSD fault warning
The System Condenser Fan VSD Fault Warning is an
auto reset warning monitoring the status of the fault
input. The fault occurs when the input is low and resets
when the input is high.
The following is the system message, where X is the
system number:

CONDENSER FAN VSD FAULT
System replace oil filter warning
The nual reset warning monitoring the status of the
oil filter maintenance cycle. The fault occurs when the
Differential Oil to Discharge Pressure is greater than
50 psid.
