3.27 Install 2.1mm power connector

Install the 2.1mm power connector, orientated to match the PCB silkscreen. It is important 
to install this accurately so that if you install the QCX-mini in the optional aluminium 
enclosure, the connector is correctly aligned with the associated panel hole.
