Sliding plate

The movement of the pallet clamps is done by two timing belt, which are driven by a gear
motor. The pallet clamps are supported by sliding plates (Two on each side of one pallet
clamp).

The pallet stacker is equipped with the following sensors:

Positioning the pallet clamp
The position of the pallet clamps is monitored by the encoder on the gear motor, with sensor
B5 as the safe reference position. This way, every desired position of the pallet clamps can be
achieved.
