Symptoms:
The mobile phone is ringing and the light indicator on the
Phone Clip 2 does flash, but no ringing tones will sound in one or both
hearing instruments.

Causes:
The Phone Clip 2 and hearing instruments are not within
wireless range. The battery in the hearing instruments is so depleted that
it no longer supports audio streaming.

The Phone Clip 2 microphone does not pick up your voice
correctly.
Causes:
The audio input level is not suitable for listening.
Possible Remedies:
Assure that the Phone Clip 2 and hearing
instruments are within wireless range. Replace the battery in the hearing
instrument with a new one.
Possible Remedies:
Assure that the Phone Clip 2 microphone is kept
close to your mouth, and that the Phone Clip 2 does not rub against any
clothing during the call.
Possible Remedies:
Adjust the volume on the mobile phone until the
sound is suitable, or adjust the volume using the ”+” and ”-” keys on the
Phone Clip 2 until the sound is suitable. Alternatively (option), use the ”+”
and ”-” keys on the Remote Control for doing this operation.
