- Water full indicator lamp blinks, and
water tank is full.
Dump the water out of the water tank.
- Room temperature is lower than the
setting temperature. (Cooling mode)
Reset the temperature
Not cool enough
- The doors or windows are not closed. Make sure all the windows and doors
are closed.
- There are heat sources inside the
room.
Remove the heat sources if possible
- Exhaust air hose is not connected or
blocked.
Connect or clean the exhaust air hose.
- Temperature setting is too high.
Reset the temperature
- Air inlet is blocked.
Clean the air inlet.
Noisy
- The ground is not level or not flat
enough
Place the unit on a flat, level ground
if possible
- The sound comes from the flowing
of the refrigerant inside the air
conditioner
It is normal.
E0 Code
Communication faults between main
PCB and display PCB.
Check the wire harness of the display
PCB for damage.
E1 Code
Ambient temperature sensor failure.
Check connection or replace it. To
clean or replace the temperature
sensor.
E2 Code
Coil temperature sensor failures.
Check connection or replace it. To
clean or replace the temperature
sensor.
Ft Code
Condensate water high level alarm.
Empty the drain pan by removal the
rubber plug.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CLEANING UP OF REFRIGERANT
1. Gas/vapor heavier than air. May accumulate in confined spaces, particularly at or below
ground level.
2. Eliminate every possible source of ignition.
3. Use appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE).
4. Evacuate unnecessary personnel, isolate, and ventilate area.
5. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not breathe vapors or gas.
6. Prevent entry to sewers and public waters.
7. Stop the source of the release, if safe to do so. Consider the use of water spray to disperse
vapors.
8. Isolate the area until gas has dispersed. Ventilate and gas test area before entering. Contact
competent authorities after a spill.
