DELAY
When watching a movie, sometimes the audio or speech does not correspond to the video. This
happens when both video and audio processed differently by different devices.
As shown below, the video could go through colour/brightness/saturation adjustments, motion, and
many other enhancing features that could slow down the processing on its way going towards the TV
output.
Even audio could go through various processing like handling higher bitrate and multi-channels, with no
synching at the end, causing a delay in either video/audio.
Next diagram shows where to set the delay [between 0-340ms]
Note: Delay will only affect output with analogue cable. S/PDIF and Digital Coaxial are unaffected by the
delay.
