16. Open the draw and place garment on to the platen, making sure that the area to be pre-treated
is on the bed and that any excess material is tucked under the platen. This can be loaded from
the front or side (Fig 6), close draw.
17. Set the desired speed for the nozzle to travel down the platen by using the Speed control.
Testing will be required depending on the amount of pre-treatment that is required and
garments used.
18. Press the Start button, the nozzle will now travel down the bed (distance set by Slider control)
and then return while spraying pre-treatment solution.

When finished open the draw and remove the garment, this is now ready to be heat pressed to
cure.

MAINTENANCE
After each daily use it is recommended that the following is carried out to maintain the machine.
1.
Remove pre-treat bottle 1 or 3 (depending which you have used), fill the cleaning bottle 2
with filtered water and insert the tube from either bottle 1 or 3. Turn the bottle selector handle
to select either bottle 1 or 3
2.
Press the Cleaning button until the clear filtered water is visibly spraying.
3. Open the clear side maintenance panels and dry the inside of the machine,
platen and draw rails.
4. Remove the nozzle from the machine and clean
thoroughly with the prescribed cleaning solution.
Drop the nozzle in a cup of cleaning solution until
next time the machine needs to be used. (only
tighten the nozzle back into position by hand)
5. Check waste bottle.
6. Check liquids in the rear bottles, top up if
required.
