3. Tire fi lling hose with
integrated pressure reducing valve
The set includes a ready-assembled air
hose with plug valve and coupling. The
special pressure reducing valve screwed into
the plug coupling of the fi lling hose limits
the pressure at hose output to around 3 to
3.5 bar to protect the quick defl ator gauge
against overpressure and prevent bursting
of the tires if infl ated without monitoring.
4. Coupler head for trailer brake connection
with integrated compressed air coupling
Using the coupler head for connection
to the trailer brake system (for dual line
system), the air of the tractor’s own air
brake system can be used to infl ate the
tires without modifying the brake system.
The coupling head is simply connected to
the trailer brake system supply line (red
connection) before the tire fi lling hose is
plugged into the integrated compressed
air coupling. Place the loss-proof protection
cap onto the compressed air coupling if the
coupling head is temporarily left on the
trailer brake connection.
Always use this hose only to infl ate the
tires!
