MP3/WMA/FLAC (USB memory device)
No sound heard.
MP3/WMA/FLAC files are absent in the USB memory
device.
Write MP3/WMA/FLAC files onto the USB memory
device properly.
Files are not recognized as an MP3/WMA/FLAC file.
Use MP3/WMA/FLAC files encoded properly.
Sound is cut or skipped. Noise is
generated or noise is mixed with
sound.
MP3/WMA/FLAC files are not encoded properly.
Use MP3/WMA/FLAC files encoded properly.
USB memory device cannot be
detected.
USB memory device may be damaged.
Reinsert the USB memory device to try again.
Replace with a new USB memory device if failed.
USB memory device connector is in bad condition.
There may be compatibility issue with the USB memory
device.
Please use another USB memory device
USB memory device is unable to plug
into the USB slot.
The USB memory device connector may be inserted to the
slot in the wrong direction.
Reinsert the USB memory device with the correct
direction.
